We're partnering with a well-established, growing company seeking a Controller / Finance Director to lead its Finance & Accounting team and partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership.

This is a broad leadership role combining technical accounting, strategic finance, and team leadership.

What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team
Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Partner with leadership on strategic financial decisions
Oversee capital planning, project accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and asset management
Provide financial analysis and variance reporting to support business decisions
Drive improvements to finance systems, processes, controls, and reporting
Support audits, ERP initiatives, and other finance transformation projects

What We're Looking For

10+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience
Controller, Finance Director, Assistant Controller, or similar leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Active or inactive CPA strongly preferred; Master's in Accounting is a plus
Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience
Proven team leadership and development experience
Strategic thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with capital planning, asset management, project accounting, or complex financial operations is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$140,000–$180,000 base salary
10% target bonus

The role will be primarily onsite initially, with limited work-from-home flexibility available long-term.
