Who:A rapidly scaling, acquisition-driven organization is seeking a hands-on Controller with strong technical expertise and experience in high-growth environments.

Office Environment:This is a demanding, fast-paced, high-growth, in-office environment requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage heavy workloads.
Salary:Base salary up to $160,000 +/- plus up to 20% bonus, 401(k) match of 100% on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2%, and 17 days PTO prorated in the first year.
Position Overview:The Controller will lead accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive system and process improvements in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and reporting Manage month-end close and financial reporting processes Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls Develop and improve accounting policies and procedures Optimize ERP system usage and reporting capabilities Support audits and work with external accounting partners Oversee multi-state compliance and tax processes Support system improvements and integrations Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team
Qualifications: CPA required 10+ years of accounting experience Experience in high-growth environments (required) Strong ERP and systems experience (required) Advanced Excel skills with heavy daily usage (required) Strong technical accounting knowledge Experience with audits and external partners Experience with revenue reporting and process improvement Strong leadership, organization, and execution skills
