Controller (Hybrid)
Midtown, Atlanta
Salary Base Range: $150,000 - $220,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Lead NetSuite optimization, reporting enhancements, chart of accounts redesign, and system improvements
- Manage global consolidations and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting across international entities
- Improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and system integrations to support business growth
- Oversee monthly close activities and ensure reliable, audit-ready financial data
- Partner with executive leadership on acquisition integration, strategic planning, and future expansion initiatives
Qualifications for the Controller:
- 5+ years of controllership or senior accounting leadership experience in multinational organizations
- Deep hands-on NetSuite expertise, including reporting, system configuration, process improvement, and cleanup projects
- Proven experience with multi-entity consolidations, international accounting, and financial reporting
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, improve finance operations, and build collaborative relationships across teams
