- Leading operations related to payroll management, conducting job audits, and executing seamless project close-out procedures.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA credential strongly preferred.
- At least five years of financial management experience in the Construction/General Contracting domain.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems such as Sage 100, CMiC, Viewpoint, or Procore, along with proficiency in Excel.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities with the capability to lead and independently manage an accounting department.
