Senior Controller

Inside the perimeter PE owned company is looking for a Senior Controller. As Senior Controller, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership team and work directly with the President. All accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls will fall under your purview. You will develop strategic modeling that will drive critical business decisions, building the dashboards and forecasting that facilitate clear visibility of company performance.

Responsibilities:

• \n
• Manage full monthly close process, including GL, AP, AR, and financial reporting, leading the team creating an environment of trust and accountability
• \n
• Deliver timely and accurate financial statements
• \n
• Build financial models and forecasting tools to support EBITA growth initiatives and strategic decision-making
• \n
• Develop executive-level financial dashboards
• \n
• Implement and manage 13-week cash flow forecasting models
• \n
• Responsible for debt covenant compliance calculations
• \n
• Develop and enforce internal controls and consistent accounting policies
• \n

Requirements:

\n

• \n
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• \n
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a Controller role
• \n
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• \n
• Experience with EBITA modeling, cash flow forecasting, and operational financial analysis
• \n
• CPA preferred
• \n
• NetSuite experience a must
• \n
