This position requires an experienced accounting professional who can provide sound financial stewardship, lead a high-performing finance function, and collaborate across the organization to support business objectives, enhance performance, and maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Compensation: Base salary of $155,000 - 165,000/year (Salary offered will be based on qualifications, experience and education level)Yearly performance bonus Medical, dental and vision insuranceShort- and Long-Term Disability InsuranceLife Insurance401k with company match Profit SharingPTO (Paid Time Off)Holidays Responsibilities:Manage and lead all aspects of the accounting department Utilize ERP and CRM software and tools to track and analyze key performance indicatorsPrepare and present regular reports on business development performance, costs, and operational efficienciesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and reduce costsIdentify trends and opportunitiesPrepare and publish timely, monthly and quarterly financial statements & tax filingsPrepare weekly/monthly cash flow reports based on projected A/P, A/R, P/REnsure quality control over financial transactions and financial reportingWork closely with third party financial, audit, legal and insurance partnersSupport CEO in relationships with financial institutions, CPA's and auditorsPrepare and manage annual budgetsManage and support the Human Resources departmentManage IT internally and through third party supportPlay a key role on the Senior Leadership Team of the companyInstill and support a culture that emphasizes accountability and transparency within the finance department and across the companyRequired Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, requiredCPA preferredMSA, MAcc or MBA is a plus7+ years of relevant work experiencePrevious managerial experience, required Experience within the manufacturing/industrial industry, required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of financial reporting (US GAAP)Knowledgeable in budgeting, forecasting and financial reportingStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data, analyze trends and make strong, profitable recommendations based on analysisKnowledge of internal controls and frameworksExperience in ERP systems (M2M) and system conversionsFor Consideration: If you enjoy a hands-on leadership role where you can collaborate across teams, influence key business decisions, and make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
