Responsibilities of Controller:


  • Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.

  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and key financial performance metrics.

  • Lead all construction accounting functions, including job costing, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, project billings, retainage, and revenue recognition.

  • Partner with project managers to analyze project profitability, monitor costs, and identify financial risks and opportunities.


Preferred Qualifications of Controller:


  • Can work independently and hit the ground running

  • Cost Accounting experience

  • Bachelors in accounting or related field

  • Willingness to learn


Pay range: $130,000-$160,000
