Your Impact

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and meaningful financial reporting
• \n
• Oversee consolidations across domestic and international entities, including complex intercompany accounting and eliminations
• \n
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and broader financial strategy
• \n
• Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting frameworks to support a growing organization
• \n
• Deliver financial insight and analysis that help business leaders make informed decisions
• \n
• Support an expanding global footprint, including multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange considerations
• \n
• Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing accounting team
• \n
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the accounting function

What Sets You Apart

\n

• \n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• \n
• Experience leading complex accounting operations, including international entities and intercompany consolidations
• \n
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting in a multi-entity environment
• \n
• Experience working within multi-currency organizations, including foreign exchange translation and revaluation
• \n
• Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP systems experience
• \n
• Proven ability to simplify complexity, build alignment, and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization
• \n
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for strengthening processes, controls, and overall business performance
