Salary range: $200K-$230K+

Skills: 

• Lead financial operations for a global manufacturing organization, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and informed business decision-making.
• Partner with plant, business unit, and corporate leadership to improve financial performance, manage costs, and achieve business objectives.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, company policies, and internal controls.
• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, and financial analysis.
• Partner with FP&A and business leaders to analyze results, explain variances, and identify opportunities.
• Provide financial guidance on operating strategies, cost control, and business decisions.
• Lead internal and external audits and related SOX/internal control activities.
• Manage, develop, and coach the Controlling team.
• Prepare and present financial results to senior and corporate leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting, reporting, and financial processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and business partnership skills.
• Proven ability to work in a high-accountability, metrics-driven environment.
