Controller's Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and job costing
• 
  
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• 
  
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and banking relationships
• 
  
• Partner with operations to monitor production costs, material usage, and profitability
• 
  
• Support budgeting, capital planning, audits, and tax coordination with external partners
• 
  

Controller's Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
