What We're Looking For: - The ideal candidate has 7+ years of accounting experience
- Ability to multitask critical functions and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- Comfortable being in a hands-on role
What You'll Be Doing: - Lead the close process on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis including preparing journal entries and reconciliations in a timely manner
- Prepare and present financial results in accordance with GAAP and the company's financial policies
- Assist in the budgeting process including gathering financial data from operational leaders
- Serve as a systems leader to ensure the most efficient use of accounting/finance systems
- Participate in both financial and operational aspects of the business
- Conduct all business activities professionally and ethically to benefit customers and enhance the company's reputation and profitability
- Complete ad-hoc projects in a timely manner
