Compensation: $200,000
Schedule: Full-Time | Open to partial remote
We are seeking an experienced Controller with healthcare industry experience to oversee day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on controller experience and a strong understanding of full-cycle accounting in a healthcare setting.
Oversee A/R, A/P, payroll, and general ledger
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements
Supervise accounting staff
Coordinate audits and tax filings
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
3+ years of Controller experience
Healthcare experience required
Strong financial reporting and leadership skills
