We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Controller to lead and manage the organization's accounting operations, including cost accounting, accounts payable, financial reporting, and internal controls. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial information, driving process improvements, enhancing quality control initiatives, and supporting strategic business decisions through accurate and timely financial reporting.
The Controller will oversee the monthly and annual close processes, account reconciliations, standard cost accounting systems, financial planning support, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. As a key member of the Accounting team, this position partners closely with operations, purchasing, sales, production, and executive leadership to improve financial performance and operational effectiveness.
The position reports to the VP CFO and is located in the Burr Ridge office. Travel to and from the manufacturing plant in Forest View is expected for in-person meetings and company events,
