OVERVIEW
Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a Controller to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Controller
Present monthly financial results to the CFO, department heads, and corporate leadership.
Lead month-end close processes within a one-week timeline and oversee day-to-day finance operations.
Partner with department leaders to develop accurate financial forecasts.
Review and approve journal entries while maintaining strong internal control procedures.
Coordinate the annual budgeting process and monitor departmental and cost variance accountability.
Manage both external and internal audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
Working knowledge of large ERP system
