Controller/Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced Controller/Business Manager to oversee the company's accounting and business operations. This individual will work directly with the General Manager to provide accurate financial reporting, improve processes, manage cash flow, and support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on business leader who can manage day-to-day financial and business operations while contributing to the company's long-term growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting administration including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Coordinate with external CPA firms, auditors, banks, and other financial partners.
• Manage HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits coordination, and compliance.
• Lead recruiting efforts for office, field, and leadership positions.
• Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Assist with vendor management, administrative functions, and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Prior experience as a Business Manager, Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Experience overseeing multiple business functions including operations, HR, accounting, and recruiting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
