Job Overview Manufacturing Finance Leader 34296

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced finance and accounting leader to oversee financial operations across multiple facilities. This position partners closely with operational leadership to support financial reporting, cost analysis, forecasting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Our client is a healthy organization where collaboration is encouraged and attrition is low. Many team members have been with the company for more than 20 years.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Oversee manufacturing cost accounting and inventory analysis
  • Provide financial insights and operational performance analysis
  • Manage and mentor accounting and finance team members
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audits, and internal controls
  • Support ERP reporting, process improvements, and data accuracy
  • Partner with leadership on planning, investments, and operational improvements

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Several years of progressive accounting or finance experience
  • Background in manufacturing or plant finance preferred
  • Leadership experience managing accounting or finance teams
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and ERP system skills

Preferred

  • Professional accounting certification
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or corporate reporting
  • Background in audit coordination and process improvement
