Controller

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Controller to join our team in Charlotte with pay starting at 150K. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization and ensuring financial compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing financial policies
• Preparing financial reports
• Overseeing financial transactions
• Managing financial audits
• Monitoring internal controls
• Collaborating with other departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
• Proven work experience as a Controller or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Exceptional communication skills
