Key responsibilities include preparing budgets, coordinating with auditors and tax preparers, and supporting senior leadership on projects.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 5 years of accounting experience with supervisory roles, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial statement preparation.
Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills are essential. Prior experience with RealPage software is preferred.
