Responsibilities
- Overseeing billing/collections and AP
- Ensuring timely invoicing and reporting
- Maintaining internal controls in all departments
- Partnering cross‑functionally to support profitable operations
Qualifications
- Strong QuickBooks required
- Multi‑entity/consolidations experience
- Cash flow management
- Vendor negotiations
- Leadership of accounting staff
Some domestic travel is required
Salary range for position is $150K-$160K, depending on experience.
