- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support company goals.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate audits as necessary.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development and performance improvement.

Profile
A successful Controller should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Progressive accounting experience, including experience leading or supervising teams.
- Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
