ControllerA company in the facility services industry is looking for a controller.Job DescriptionManage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support company goals. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate audits as necessary. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development and performance improvement. Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations. Progressive accounting experience, including experience leading or supervising teams. Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Knowledge of GAAP and other relevant financial regulations. Proficiency in financial software and tools for reporting and analysis. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
