A leading top-ranked construction and project management company is seeking a highly visible  Controller to oversee financial operations, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls for a major business unit. This is a strategic leadership role partnering closely with operational and market leaders on large-scale, complex projects. Construction Industry Experience is Required

This position will pay between $170k-200K on a base salary, depending on experience. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead BU financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close
• Oversee project financial performance, fee analysis, AR, and balance sheet integrity
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and risk management processes
• Partner with operations leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making
• Mentor and develop accounting/finance team members

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience
• Own and oversee the month-end close and G/L Accounting Function
• Strong forecasting, reporting, and operational finance background
• Construction/project-based industry experience required
• CMiC experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
