Job Details
Summary of Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Supervise accounting and finance personnel
- Partner with operations leaders to support project financial performance
- Manage banking relationships, audits, and financial reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA preferred
- 7+ years of accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
- Construction industry accounting experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of job cost accounting, WIP reporting, and financial forecasting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
