Are you an experienced financial leader ready to drive change and make an impact? The Richmond Group USA (TRG) is helping our client find a dynamic Senior Controller to oversee accounting, credit, and billing functions while playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial future.

This is not your typical "status quo" role—our client is growing aggressively, with plans to expand from $200M in annual revenue to over $400M. They’re looking for a hands-on leader to streamline operations, enhance team performance, and contribute to strategic decision-making alongside the President and leadership team.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, credit, billing, and compliance functions.
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and analysis to monitor and optimize performance.
• Implement policies and controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and metrics.
• Manage audits, tax compliance, and reporting to meet legal and regulatory standards.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration efforts.
• Mentor a team of 10+ finance professionals, fostering efficiency and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• A BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA, and/or CPA are preferred.
• Experience in heavy equipment distribution or manufacturing industries is critical for success in this highly visible leadership role.
• Proven accomplishments in accounting or finance leadership roles, including specific experience driving change, improving processes, and leading teams.
• Expertise in USGAAP, tax compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting systems, advanced Excel, and team management.
• A results-driven, customer-focused mindset with a knack for innovation.
