Controller
Our client is an established Electronics Products Manufacturer. They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of their company. The Controller will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing internal controls, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role reports directly to the CEO and is a key member of their executive team. This is an On-Site role.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of all financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial laws and regulations.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes across departments.
• Maintain cash flow management and monitor financial risk.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and technology for improved efficiency and reporting.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge in financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
