Controller

10+ years of relevant experience, including experience as a Controller

·         Proven ability to manage a diversified accounting team. 

·         Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master’s degree and audit experience a plus

·         Experience with internal controls and process improvement

·         Experience with ERP systems and Accounting software. 

·         Payroll & related payroll tax filings

·         Accounts Payable 

·         Financial accounting, reporting and control

·         Product Cost & Inventory accounting & reporting

·         Financial analysis including variance and gross margin analysis

·         Supervision of month-end close to ensure timely and accurate issuance of financial statements

·         General ledger account analysis and sub-ledger reconciliations

·         Fixed assets accounting

·         Intercompany accounting & reconciliations

·         Special projects and analysis, as required

·         Internal controls

·         Supervise the division's fiscal year-end audit process

·         Identification and implementation of cost saving opportunities

·         Coaching and supervision of staff.
