Send us your story, resume and qualifications to HR@commquest.org.What you gain:Relationships within the organization and in the mental health communityVisibility into how our community supports those in needOpportunities to share your expertisePeace of mind knowing you are benefiting the clients we serve and the community at largeWhat you'll do:Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, general ledger maintenance, and the month-end/year-end close processes.Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate annual budget creation, monitor budget variances, analyze cash flow, and generate financial projections.Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and document business processes and internal controls to minimize financial risk and support internal/external audits.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting team.All other duties as assignedSchedule:Monday - Friday.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly preferred. 3-5 years of proven accounting experience, previous supervisory experience preferred.Must have knowledge and experience in budgeting, computerized systems, financial reporting, accounting theory and practice, asset management, and supervision of accounting and financial management personnel and processes.
