Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Direct daily accounting and finance operations.
• 
  
• Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
• 
  
• Manage audits, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
• 
  
• Oversee cash management, forecasting, investments, and banking relationships.
• 
  
• Lead annual operating and capital budgeting processes.
• 
  
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 
  
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 
  
• Prior leadership and staff management experience.
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting.

• Experience overseeing audits, budgeting, and financial reporting.
