Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Partner with leadership on financial analysis and strategic decision-making

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Progressive accounting or finance leadership experience
