What you’ll do:

Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
Oversee cost accounting and inventory processes within a manufacturing setting
Analyze financial performance, providing insights to guide business decisions
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure accuracy and efficiency within Epicor and other financial systems

What you bring:

Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting leader in manufacturing
Strong cost accounting and inventory management expertise
Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (or similar systems strongly preferred)
Solid leadership skills with the ability to drive process improvements
