Are you a SAP Business One power user with U.S. accounting operations experience, a strong team collaboration mindset, and the motivation to build systems instead of maintain the status quo?

Join us to help build and operate the accounting function of a growing multi-branch distribution company based in the U.S.

This is a hands-on builder role.

You will help structure processes, stabilize the month-end close, improve AR/AP visibility, and strengthen financial discipline as the company scales.
We are not looking for someone to inherit a finished department.

We are looking for someone who wants to help build one.



Non-negotiables

• Strong SAP Business One experience
• Exposure to U.S. accounting operations
• Advanced English (Professional level), excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong team collaboration mindset
• Solid accounting fundamentals (month-end close, reconciliations, AR/AP control)
• Willing to be hands-on while building a structure
