Target Compensation for the Controller:
$110,000 - $140,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards
• Partner with leadership to support strategic decision-making and business initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls

Qualifications for the Controller:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Progressive accounting and finance experience with leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
• CPA, MBA, or related certification is a plus
