Controller | Manufacturing Finance Leadership Opportunity

Compensation: $125,000 - $130,000 Base + Significant Annual Bonus Potential + Profit Sharing

Key Responsibilities

Lead all financial reporting activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information
Maintain and strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance initiatives
Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis
Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability, productivity, and decision-making
Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and month-end reporting
Develop KPIs, financial models, and management reporting tools to support business objectives
Lead and develop accounting staff while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Analyze financial results and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

Strong manufacturing accounting and inventory experience
Proven leadership of accounting teams
Experience strengthening internal controls and supporting audit activities

Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive mindset focused on process improvement and operational excellence
Confidence presenting financial recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
CPA required
5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Public accounting background strongly preferred
Manufacturing accounting experience required
Internal controls, audit, and financial reporting experience required
Experience with inventory accounting, forecasting, and business planning
Strong ERP, Excel, and analytical skills
