Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• 
  
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Prepare financial statements and monthly variance analysis for executive leadership
  • Manage AP, AR, billing, and multi-currency international transactions
  • Oversee domestic and international cash management, reconciliations, and payment processing
  • Coordinate audits, tax preparation activities, and sales tax compliance
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and accounting process improvements

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of month-end close and financial reporting
  • Experience with international accounting and multi-currency transactions (Plus)
  • Experience working in a subscription-based, recurring revenue, SaaS, or membership-driven business environment
  • Strong accounting systems, payroll/HRIS, and advanced Excel skills
