Controller Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes.
• 
  
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• 
  
• Manage AP, AR, payroll, billing, and day-to-day accounting operations.
• 
  
• Supervise and mentor 2-3 accounting team members.
• 
  
• Oversee project accounting, contract administration, client billings, and revenue tracking.
• 
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to support continued company growth.
• 
  

Controller Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 
  
• 7-10+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience
• 
  
• Architecture, Engineering, or Professional Services industry experience
• 
  
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• 
  
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management expertise
• 
  
• Deltek experience a plus
• 
  
• Positive, collaborative, and personable leadership style
•
