Key Responsibilities for the Controller:



  • Lead the monthly consolidated close, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations across six entities

  • Produce monthly balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reporting with restricted/unrestricted analysis

  • Coordinate Form 990 preparation and other nonprofit compliance filings

  • Supervise a part‑time accounting specialist handling AP, AR, and daily transactions


Qualifications for the Controller:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience

  • Nonprofit accounting experience (GAAP, compliance, reporting)
