Controller

Unity Search has been exclusively retained by a successful family-owned Home Service business in the Irving/Las Colinas area in its search for a Controller.  Reporting to the CFO and President, this person will perform all accounting responsibilities for the business while supervising a team of 4 accounting support personnel.  The ideal candidate for this role would have 8+ years of accounting experience with small to medium sized companies – preferably with exposure to the Home Service or Construction industries - and have a degree in Accounting or Finance while also having demonstrated the ability to manage a team well.  Our client has a great corporate culture and offers a great quality of life – 40-45-hour work weeks, excellent health care and dental benefits, and a 401k plan with company match.  Compensation for this role will depend on experience but will probably be in the $120K to $150K range + Bonus.
