Busy manufacturing and engineering company has an immediate opening for a Controller. Direct-hire position and must have experience with working in a manufacturing environment.
Duties:
* Oversee monthly financial close process (income statement, balance sheet, etc.)
* Maintain general ledger
* Analyze material, labor and overhead variances
* Maintain financial forecasts
* Monitor daily cash activity and bank balances
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
* JobBOSS ERP proficiency preferred
* 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
* Experience preparing financial statements and managing month-end close processes
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment required
Salary: $130-150K
