Responsibilities for the Controller

• Lead plant accounting functions including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger management
• Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and manufacturing variance analysis
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, KPI reporting, and financial performance analysis
• Partner with operations to improve profitability, production efficiency, and cost controls
• Oversee fixed assets, capital projects, internal controls, and audit support
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and financial reporting requirements
