Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
10+ years of accounting experience with 5+ years of supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, GAAP, budgeting, audits, and financial reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with accounting and payroll systems.
Responsibilities
Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and cash flow.
Lead month-end/year-end close, annual audits, and GAAP compliance.
Prepare financial reports for executive leadership, Finance Committee, and Board of Directors.
Develop and strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes.
Supervise and mentor the finance team while supporting organizational strategy.
