We''ve grown from a single dealership to more than 70 by investing in great people, developing strong leaders, and giving them the tools and support to succeed.

If you''re an experienced automotive Controller who enjoys partnering with dealership leadership, improving processes, and delivering accurate financial results, we''d like to talk.

Compensation

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000, based on experience.

What You''ll Do

• Lead the dealership accounting team

• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and manufacturer reporting

• Partner with the General Manager to support financial performance

• Oversee inventory financing, reconciliations, and compliance

• Manage year-end working papers and audit preparation

• Improve processes, strengthen controls, and support better business decisions

• Develop and mentor your accounting team

What We''re Looking For

• Previous automotive dealership Controller experience

• Strong understanding of dealership accounting and financial reporting

• Experience leading and developing accounting teams

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Someone who values integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement

California Compensation Disclosure: This position offers an expected annual salary of $120,000 to $160,000, based on experience.
