Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead the monthly financial close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• 
  
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decision-making.
• 
  
• Manage banking relationships, cash management activities, and financial compliance requirements.
• 
  
• Oversee accounting operations, including invoicing, reporting, and financial controls.
• 
  
• Supervise and develop two direct reports within the accounting department.
• 
  
• Partner closely with the President to provide financial insights, recommendations, and strategic support.

• Drive process improvements and support organizational initiatives in a changing and evolving business environment.

Qualifications

• 
  
• 5+ years of senior-level accounting or finance leadership experience within a similarly sized organization.

• Experience overseeing the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• 
  
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting staff.
• 
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to executive leadership.
