Highly visible role - truw ownership of Accounting & Finance processes
Growth opportunity within team, and multi-billion dollar parent company
Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for the business unit.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Maintain ownership of general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity.
Partner with business leadership to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Drive variance analysis across revenue, margins, operating expenses, inventory, and capital investments.
Strengthen financial controls, compliance processes, and accounting procedures.
Support capital expenditure planning, tracking, and reporting.
Lead and mentor accounting team members, fostering accountability and professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and executive management.
Support ongoing business transformation and finance process improvement initiatives.
Play a key role in enhancing reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives involving systems, reporting, and operational efficiency improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including experience at the Controller level or equivalent.
Manufacturing industry experience within a complex production environment.
Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence business decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated success leading teams and developing staff.
