Key Responsibilities



  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

  • Prepare and present financial statements and reporting packages

  • Analyze financial results, trends, and variances to deliver actionable insights

  • Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury activities

  • Oversee ERP systems and drive process improvements

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and tax regulations

  • Lead inventory and cost accounting, including controls and valuation

  • Support budget, forecasting, and audit processes

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations to improve margins and efficiency


Qualifications



  • 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience; bachelor’s degree, CPA is a plus

  • Background in manufacturing or consumer packaged goods/food manufacturing is preferred

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

  • Experience with cost accounting and inventory management

  • Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency

  • Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop staff

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative mindset
