Controller - Manufacturing
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + 10% Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
We're partnering with a well-established subsidiary of a Fortune 500 global organization seeking an experienced Controller to lead onsite accounting operations. The Controller will act as the senior financial leader on site, working closely with executive and operational leadership to ensure strong reporting, compliance, and financial performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic involvement and hands-on leadership.

Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and supporting documentation
Support internal and external audits
Partner with operations to provide cost analysis and financial insights
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate reporting standards
Maintain and enhance internal controls aligned with public company expectations
Experience in publicly traded or Fortune 500 environments preferred
Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
CPA strongly preferred
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
