Company Controller - Lead Financial Strategy & Drive Business Success

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Deliver insights through variance analysis and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial controls
  • Coordinate audits and prepare supporting documentation
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering team development
  • Partner with leadership on financial strategy, forecasting, and operational improvements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or CMA certification (preferred)
  • Progressive accounting experience, including leadership or controller-level responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Experience with accounting systems and ERP platforms (a plus)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
