Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close
  • Lead financial reporting, reconciliations, audit support, and tax-related workstreams
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure financial accuracy across multiple entities
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Manage and mentor accounting staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Help standardize accounting procedures and implement best practices across business units
  • Support domestic and international accounting compliance initiatives
  • Collaborate with finance leadership on strategic growth and operational scalability

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Multi-entity accounting experience strongly preferred
  • Exposure to international operations or IFRS preferred
  • Experience overseeing AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close
  • Strong systems and Excel skills
  • CPA preferred but not required
