North American Controller

Salary: $175,000–$200,000

Key Responsibilities for the North American Controller:

Lead North American accounting operations and monthly close
Drive process improvement initiatives across accounting, close, and reporting
Oversee cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing finance activities
Strengthen internal controls and support SOX compliance
Manage and develop a multi-location accounting team

Qualifications for the North American Controller:

10+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing environments
Experience in a publicly traded company
CPA required
Proven success leading teams and improving accounting processes
