As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and trusted strategic finance business partner to the CEO, the Controller is responsible for the financial management of the affiliate and all of its ancillary and/or subsidiary organizations.
This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. In a small, high-performing department with significant volume and complexity, you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and timely deliverables. You will strengthen systems, enhance automation, and bring clarity to complex, highly regulated financial environments influenced by external governing bodies and funding variability.
Additional key partners to this role will also include - Chief Clinical Officer, Director, Revenue Cycle, Chief Development Office/VP; External Affairs and Chief People Officer.

Other Requirements: Accepts flexible work schedule including occasional weekend and evening hours as necessary. Must be able to drive with valid license and insurance for occasional travel throughout the affiliate footprint.
