Salary: $120,000–$130,000 + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and administrative functions across multiple locations. This role will partner closely with business leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

\n

• \n
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, banking, payroll, and HR administration.
• \n
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, reports, and financial analysis.
• \n
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
• \n
• Monitor financial performance, project profitability, and budget variances.
• \n
• Manage and develop the accounting and administrative team.
• \n
• Maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls in accordance with GAAP.
• \n
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• \n
• Support external audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• \n
• Administer the company's 401(k) plan with the external TPA.
• \n
• Coordinate corporate insurance programs and annual renewals.
• \n
• Partner with Business Unit General Managers and Project Managers on financial performance and strategic planning.
• \n
• Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable governmental regulations.

Qualifications

\n

• \n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• \n
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial statement preparation.
• \n
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• \n
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• \n
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• \n
• High level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• \n
• Ability to travel approximately 4–6 times per year.
